“Rec. room and pool hours 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM. The Rec Room should be ready for lock up at 9:00 PM sharp. Effective August 15, 2019, the Rec Room usage fee will be $40 and a refundable Security Deposit of $75. The Usage Fee and Security Deposit should be made on separate checks. Please make sure that the area is cleaned before 9:00 PM when the room is locked. Please refer to the reservation checklist. Thank you.”
